The Summit Hill Association and Ramsey Hill Association are joining forces to present the 2024 Summit Hill House Tour Weekend. Building on the success of last year’s tour, which had over 2,000 attendees, this year’s event covers both neighborhoods and covers an impressive range - historic Summit Avenue mansions, family homes, and even a brand new penthouse overlooking Grand Avenue. It might just be the best group of homes we’ve ever had.

Our expanded programming over the House Tour Weekend includes an exclusive pre-tour evening at a Summit Avenue mansion that is not otherwise on the tour, Brunch at the restored Summit Manor, and a post-tour reception at the University Club.
