Intimate Evening at a Summit Avenue Mansion
Date: Saturday, September 21st, 2024
Time: 5:30pm - 8:30pm
Take in the ambience and historic charm of this exquisitely preserved home along Summit Avenue. Guests will be treated to distinguished wine and food pairings throughout the evening as they explore the space. Two local architectural historians will be in attendance to provide historical insights: Larry Millet, former Pioneer Press architecture columnist, and Karen Melvin, author of ‘Great Houses of Summit Avenue and the Hill District.’
This home is not included on the tour, so take advantage of this more intimate opportunity to experience it.

House Tour VIP Experience at Summit Manor
Date: Sunday, September 22nd, 2024
Time: 9:30am-12:00pm (Brunch), 11am-6pm (Tour, including admission and 1-hr early access)
Address: Check in at House Tour registration tent (Mitchell Hamline School of Law - 875 Summit Avenue; Saint Paul, MN 55105). Buses will transport you to Summit Manor (275 Summit Avenue).
Experience the 2024 House Tour in style. Your day will start at the historic Summit Manor, with a curated brunch menu of breakfast favorites along with a complimentary mimosa, charcuterie classics, and delicious desserts to keep you energized for a full day of house hopping.
Board the House Tour bus at the registration tent and be transported to brunch. After brunch, you can get early access to all of the homes on this year’s tour.
House Tour VIPs will receive:
1-hour early access to homes and transportation throughout the tour;
a card to redeem (either same day or later in the week) for a specially selected pastry treat box at the acclaimed Marc Heu Patisserie Paris;
a limited release 2024 screenprinted house tour commemorative poster by renowned artist Sam Kalda; and
a swag bag with gift cards and goodies to support our neighborhood businesses — La Grolla, Hello Norden, Nina’s Coffee, Claddagh Coffee, Farrell’s Bodyshaping, Milligan’s Studio, Odd Couple Realty, Jenny in the City and more!
House Tour VIP Experience on Grand Avenue

Time: 9:30am-12:00pm (Brunch), 11am-6pm (Tour, including admission and 1-hr early access)
Address: Check in at House Tour registration tent (Mitchell Hamline School of Law - 875 Summit Avenue; Saint Paul, MN 55105). Buses will transport you to Kenton House/Saji-Ya (695 Grand Avenue).
Kick-off your house tour experience at this vibrantly redeveloped Grand Avenue spot! Your day will start at the newly redeveloped Kenton House, inside the Saji-Ya space. Enjoy a well-balanced meal to fuel your house-hopping day, with classics such as eggs, breakfast meats, breakfast potatoes and other tasty treats. A cash bar will be available to kick back and have a beverage while admiring this swanky new space.
After brunch, you’ll board buses to transport you throughout the tour for your exclusive 1-hour early access to the homes before the tour opens to the general public.
Grand Avenue VIPs will receive:

Post-Tour Reception at the University Club

What better way to wind down your day strolling through all the charm and history of the neighborhood than at the University Club.
A St. Paul institution, the Club will host a reception for guests to enjoy the majestic views of downtown Saint Paul from its position perched on the bluffs. Mingle with fellow tourgoers inside the historic Summit Ballroom and discuss your favorite houses from the day.
Appetizer samples and small bites will be included, with a cash bar available.
