Pre-Announcement Promotion terms: The 2024 Houses will be unveiled after the Labor Day weekend. If you purchase your House Tour tickets before 11:59pm Central Time on 9/2/24, you will be entered into a drawing to win a pair of VIP Tour Experience Tickets ($330 value). You will receive one entry into the drawing per ticket purchased. If you purchase one or more VIP experience tickets and win, we will refund the difference between the VIP and regular ticket price.
Before You Purchase
Homes on this tour are private and therefore are not ADA-compliant. Homes may not be accessible and may have narrow hallways, doorways, and stair-only entrances/exits.
Plan to remove your shoes and wear the provided footwear while inside homes. We recommend comfortable shoes that are easy to slip on and off.
Tickets are non-refundable. If you purchase tickets and can no longer attend the event, your tickets will be considered a donation to Summit Hill Association and/or Ramsey Hill Association.
